This is a Post snd Beam house by Yankee Barn out of New Hampshire. The exterior walls, windows, snd exterior doors were psrt of their SIP system designed to be environmentally sound and air tight. The exterior of the house is made using the ZIP system technology and double payned airgon filled gas constructed poplar wood, Mervin doors and windows. The exterior siding, roofing and decking done by local company out of Holiis, ME, MainePro Roofers. Inside, all electrical was carefully installed by Simply Electric and plumbing by Thompson Heating and Plumbing. George Davis Drywall out of Bridgton, ME snd his crew did a professional job for sheetrock and mudding. All framework, finish work, and painted completed and orchestraed by PR Roberts Construction, LLC. Lastly, installation of cabinets and trim work will be completed by Alpine Carpentry
